2025 will see the launch of our brand new meeting service that makes it easier than ever before to select the attendees you want to meet and create a full schedule of one-to-one meetings. A revamped floorplan, new workshops and more roundtables running alongside the conference, more spaces to work and connect, and an expanded post show event – Channel Live really is the home of the Channel.

Our new meeting service makes it easier than ever before to select the
people you want to meet and create a full schedule of one-to-one meetings.

More than just a tool and better than an app, browse, filter and connect.

Map out your day and we'll schedule in your appointments to create two meeting filled days.

This service opens in February.

The 19th Hole - Networking Lounge

Make new connections, take your conversation to a relaxed location, or try out our golf simulator and retro arcade games as you enjoy a drink at the bar! The 19th Hole provides a fun new twist to our networking lounge.

With plenty of space and seating for your conversations, the 19th Hole supplements our private one-to-one meeting space and workstation and provides a more informal setting. Plus, our popular post-show party will be held here at the end of day 1.

Keeping you Fueled

You'll find the following in Hall 18, meaning you wont have to venture out of the show for anything!

-Cafe: Serving hot and cold drinks, snacks and meals throughout the day in a comfortable seated area.

-Coffee station: Serving hot drinks throughout the day with designated seating.

-Bar: New for 2025, enjoy a drink at the The Club House, located in The 19th Hole Networking Lounge.

Meeting and Breakout Space

We're providing more spaces that ever before for you to meet, catch up and work.

- Networking Lounge: Our new lounge, The 19th Hole, provides plenty of space and seating for your conversations, make new connections or catch up with a familiar face.

-One-to-one Meetings Hub: Booked a meeting? Find your allocated table in the meeting hub and meet your connection there.

-Workstation: Need to take time away from the show floor to catch up with a work call, or just check your emails? The workstation provides desks and seats to the side of the hall.

At the end of day 1, we invite all our exhibitors, visitors, and speakers to join us for a drink and live music, the perfect way to unwind after a busy day at the show. This year's post-show party takes place in The 19th Hole Networking Lounge where the bar and games will remain open.
