As the CEO of the Institute of Telecommunications Professionals (ITP), Charlotte leads the UK's leading membership body for the telecoms industry. She holds a BSc in Psychology and Counselling from the Open University, combining her academic knowledge with her professional experience to drive positive and meaningful change in the sector.

Charlotte is passionate about creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce for the telecoms industry, championing equal opportunities and pathways for underrepresented groups. She also empowers individuals to realise their true potential and provides them with a platform for professional and personal development, through apprenticeships, membership programs, and career development initiatives. In recognition of her outstanding achievements, she was awarded the Top 50 Women in Engineering 2023: Safety and Security, for her advocacy and leadership in creating a safer workplace for women in engineering.
