Tom is the Quality Lead at Vorboss, overseeing a team of installation technicians where he is responsible for ensuring the quality of customer connections and site surveys. Tom successfully completed his Level 3 Unified Communications Apprenticeship through the Institute of Telecommunications Professionals (ITP) in February 2022.
