Mike Lewis is the Sector Lead for Creative, Digital and Tech at the West Midlands Growth Company, the official economic development agency for the West Midlands region. Mike is responsible for promoting the tech sector and supporting the inward investment and expansion of digital and tech businesses in the region. Mike has held commercial leadership roles in the telecoms, tech, mobile and digital sectors for over thirty years with both blue-chip enterprises and start up ventures including BT, Virgin Mobile, EE, Orange and Vodafone Global Enterprise. In his career Mike has been responsible for leading the launch of innovative new products, business models and scaling fast growth businesses in fields as diverse as IoT, Connected Car, Fintech, SaaS and cloud services.  Mike is currently a member of the Tech UK Nations & Regions Council and the West Midlands Combined Authority Digital Roadmap Steering Group.
