Jeff Green enjoys a passion for solving complex software challenges, optimising performance by scrutinising every bit and byte used. After a successful career working with some of the world’s leading IT consultancies and banks, he founded Elisha Telecom with partner Mike Torres in 2006.

Together, they embarked on a mission to meet the growing needs of the emerging Contact Centre industry in the Philippines, developing highly efficient communication solutions for global enterprises.

Recently, Elisha launched Elisha Insights – an AI-based analytics platform – into the UK Channel, designed to revolutionise contact centre operations no matter the platform used, by producing valuable insights across customer sentiment, agent performance and productivity.
