Daisy is a Helpdesk Support Apprentice at Grapevine, where she is responsible for supporting mobile and telephony-based inquiries over the phone and online. Daisy joined the telecoms industry because she wanted to start her career in a dynamic industry that can offer her the ample opportunities for growth and development. She is currently working towards her Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship through the Institute of Telecommunications Professionals (ITP). Daisy is passionate about furthering her knowledge of the telecommunications industry through experience and training, whilst providing great customer outcomes.
